Scott Pauker, LMT CAPP BCSI

I have been in practice since 2003, and have taken over 2000 hours of continuing education since my initial bodywork certification. My work ranges from the purely psychoemotional to the purely physical, depending on your interest and goals. My primary orientation for tranformational coaching is Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems Therapy model, but I have studied extensively in the method of Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing method as well. In this deeply transformational work we explore your thoughts, emotions, impulses and feelings through their physically felt senses in order to help transition internal conflicts into a state of inner harmony and peace. My somatic work combines osteopathic and orthopedic manual therapy methods with movement re-education to help people find ease and balance in their bodies. I am a board-certified KMI Structural Integration practitioner, a certified Aston Kinetics practitioner and an IFS practitioner.

I am a passionate explorer, both internally and in out the wilderness. I lived on a mountain bike for 3 straight years pedaling from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, and keep the spirit of outdoor discovery and adventure alive in my daily life. I also incorporate my love of discovery in wilderness into my work through facilitating outdoor mindfulness experiences for individuals and groups. Nature is home to me, and conscious movement through it is meditation.

I view my role as a facilitator of health, working collaboratively with clients to increase the potency of our work together. With compassion and consensual presence we can be curious together to confront both internal and external challenges, whatever they may be, to access your best self.
