How Our Work Begins…

1. Contact me: Share your goals for our time together, and which area of work you’d like to focus on:

  • Are you wanting to explore the rich landscape within you to help resolve internal conflicts, improve relationships with yourself and others, discover the roots of your life-long struggles, and find a greater sense of calm and self-acceptance? Transformational coaching with IFS can help.

  • Are you coming in to focus on physical concerns regarding acute or long-term injuries to help you find ease and comfort in movement and life? Booking bodywork sessions may be more up your alley. Bodywork clients feel free to contact me or you can book a session straight away through the link below.

  • If your goal is to work with a primary partnership or other relationship to improve communication and connection, I can help.

Please reach out to briefly let me know what brings you in and how you’d like to focus our sessions together. Feel free to ask any questions or request a complimentary 20-minute consultation to make sure I’m a good fit for you.

2. Request a session.

Once we have been in contact about the nature of the work you’d like to do with me, feel free to use the scheduling link at the top of the site to request a session time. Please choose the focus of our work (Talk, Touch, or Couples Work) in the scheduler. Mind-Body Work can be scheduled under Talk or Touch. You can also use the contact button above to request a variety of dates and times into the future or simply call me by phone to arrange sessions.

3. Complete the relevant intake forms so we can focus our session time completely on working together.

Follow the link below to fill out the relevant forms for our work together as soon as possible, but certainly before our session time. Please fill out the forms completely and electronically sign them as confirmation of having read all agreements and disclaimers. Any incomplete forms will need to be addressed before our work can begin.
